As the days get longer and the weather gets warmer, it’s a great time to check out some exciting opportunities coming your way. This month, we’re highlighting the Opterus Rebel With a Cause Awards—a great chance for women in the arts and STEM fields to win a $5,000 scholarship. And if you're feeling lucky, take two minutes to enter CIBC’s Luckiest Student in Canada draw for a chance to win a bundle of prizes worth more than $20,000!
We’re also celebrating community moments—Pathways Ottawa recently hosted an Alumni Panel Event, where four incredible alumni shared their journeys beyond high school. Each story was a powerful reminder that there isn't one “right” path—just your own, shaped by your passions, interests, and growth.
Keep blooming, Pathways Alumni!

Find out what Pathways alumni are up to across Canada
Over the past year, we welcomed 47 Pathways alumni to our Alumni Ambassador Program—a record-breaking number! The Alumni Ambassador Program is an opportunity for Pathways alumni across the country to ensure meaningful and impactful engagement with alumni in their local communities.
Alumni Ambassadors like Hugo, Alba, Muhammad and Andrea actively lead and participate in events, promote opportunities within the alumni network, and share their Pathways experiences locally and nationally. They also connect with program locations, Pathways alumni, and Pathways Canada to ensure alumni voices are incorporated into the program for Pathways students.
A huge thanks to our ambassadors and alumni across Canada for continuing to inspire and empower the next generation of Pathways students!
