Would you like to share your experience with Pathways and tell us what you're up to nowadays? Stories from Pathways alumni are the greatest testament to the power of the program, and we’re always on the lookout for new voices that represent the broad diversity of students we support across the country.
We’re currently focusing on capturing and sharing stories from graduates who pursued a career in the trades, experiences of Black and Indigenous youth, and examples of how the program supports the social and emotional well-being of students. If your Pathways experience reflects any of these themes, we’d love to hear from you!

Alumni Ambassadors Hanan B., Mariam E., Muhammad E. and Kaya C. visited their old stomping grounds at Pathways Kitchener to share some wisdom with this year's graduating students.
"The Ask an Alum event was great," said Katie, youth development worker at Pathways Kitchener. "Students really appreciated being able to talk to alumni who are currently in post-secondary studies since they got a different perspective of university than they would get from talking to an admissions recruiter."
Participants enjoyed a meal from Damask, a local Middle Eastern restaurant, with many bringing their meal home to enjoy after iftar. The ambassadors shared their personal experiences, answered questions and gave practical advice about some of the challenges that come with college. Thank you, Kitchener Ambassadors!
Meanwhile, Pathways Lachine invited HugoL. B., Alumni Ambassador from Pathways Verdun, to participate in a student-led discussion about the realities of post-secondary life.
Organized for Quebec's School Perseverance Week, the talk show format of the event allowed Hugo to answer a variety of questions. "I discussed the difficulties I encountered when I was in high school, the support I received from Pathways and what I did to improve my grades," shared Hugo. "They were interested in hearing about the study methods I used in high school, when I was like them, and how those have changed now that I'm in university. The youth were very respectful and attentive. I'm glad I got to connect with them." Thank you, Hugo!
